NOTES BEFORE YOU TRAVEL TO V8-2009

Hey All:

Hopefully, like US, you are getting ready for the meet (in just ONE week!).  

First, a scheduling problem:  we will be UNABLE to do Valve Cover Racing as originally hoped (and put on the posted schedule for Monday night.)  

So, save a little trunk space and leave the racer at Home....  :-)     Very sorry, as I know we've been trying to build up a larger field of racers over the recent years, but my local club's boards were unavailable at the recent car show (just 2 weeks ago) and I later learned that they had been destroyed!  (Warpage was causing a Demolition Derby!)   So, too little time to come up with an alternative.....


Forecast is not too bad, this far ahead;  high 80's most days, perhaps chance of rain on Tuesday.  (But, this is still the 10-day forecast.)   Bring sunblock, expect to drink lots of fluids, etc.
