Anyone Recognize this TR6-V8 Project…has an FCI Chassis

Greetings kids...it's been awhile.  I've just picked up a stalled TR6-V8 project that is sitting on a Fast Cars Inc Chassis and hoping someone on here may recognize it.  This was started by James (Jim, Jimmy) Walgreen down in Palm Beach Gardens/Jupiter, FL who sadly passed away last December and his Estate knows literally zero about the TR6.  I'm hoping the fact it's sitting on an FCI Chassis might jiggle a few memories from some of y'all with respect to it's history,  The car stalled between final assembly and final paint, all the inside and underside tub surfaces have been sprayed and the car is well on its way to being ready for the trip back.  Lots of parts are missing not to mention the fueling and sparking parts of the engine, hoping for details that may lead me to some of the shops that it may have visited and potentially some of the missing parts and details of what has actually been done to it.
