TR6 gas cap

I am fitting a TR6 gas cap to my 100-4 V8 Healey. I bought the cap at a swap meet and had it rechromed. How is it held in place? Also is there a ring that I am missing that goes above the grommet? If so does any one have one that I could purchase.

There are several rings, gaskets, clamp for the gas cap. see attached image

I need the ring pictured that goes under the cap as a finisher. does any one have one for sale? thanks Don for your reply.
