Fiberglass body inspection

Was likely/originally gel-coat, but has been spray painted,single stage. Cracks are coming trough paint, and maybe get coat ?  Not likely structural cracks, based on locations. How do you tell, when your just inspecting, for purchase, or not ?  Thanks, Art.
