Successful trip to Brit V8 Townsend Tn.

Just returned from Townsend and saw many POWERFUL Brit. Cars.   Ken Nicks was there with his 51 Jaguar Coupe powered by a BBF. 460 CID and C-6 tranny.  His kick-down linkage had slipped but no passing gear was no problem.   Pulled like a BEAR.  Beautiful car and well done.  Some pics on "The Dragon" located on Killboy.com and other related sites.Ck dates 5/10 around 11:00, before and after this  time. I failed to tackle The Dragon, but took a few laps at Road Atlanta 2 weeks ago.  Cornered  flat and did OK for  touring car :-)
