Rover SD1 conversion

Hi,
I'm looking at a Rover SD1 EFI,
I do not have the measurements needed to determine whether a certain engine replacement can be done, so I thought I'd ask.
Can I remove the 3500 EFI and tranny and fit a Chevy LS1 or engine with 4L65E 4 speed automatic transmission  with all the pumps?
