Slightly unusual engine swap.
Cheap, beyond cheap, for what it is.

Even has five wire wheels.
And look - a proper air filter that pulls cold air instead of the usual nice-to-look-at jobs that suck hot air over the manifolds.
A good buy for someone on here, surely.

edit, yes I did head it up as a 350, thankyou for the correction,

There's quite a lot to like about this one!  The body kit is a big selling point. Note though that the engine is a 305, not a 350, and therefore comes with a smaller bore size and all the undesirable compromises that result (including worse flowing cylinder heads.) The price is unbelievably cheap. (Is the transmission oil leak a bigger problem than I think it is?)  For my taste, those dreadful wire wheels would have to be removed immediately, and I would have taken the de-chroming effort further (e.g. by swapping those side marker lights for something more streamlined.)  With a price so low, one might even consider buying this XJS with intent to swap in an LSx motor or...

I like it.
Must have been about 15 years ago that I put in a low ball offer to buy a late 70's XJS with a SBC in it. I wanted it but knew I shouldn't buy it, (didn't).
I've got a nice LT1 with auto transmission from a Biuck Roadmaster in stock that would suit this car .
The starting price is so close to the BIN price that who ever was going to bother bidding on it, if they wanted it, just buy it!
