'62 BRG TR4 with 302 Ford

Just found this TR4 with a '70s Ford 302 on eBay.  Car located in Delaware.  Auction ends on June 22nd, 2008.

Anyone know anything about this car?  Looks like a pretty stock engine and has a Borg Warner 4 speed gearbox.  Looks like it might have been done quite a few years ago from a pretty straight car.  Could be a good buy for someone??
