94 to 97 3.9/4.2 camshaft thrust plate

I would appreciate information on the demensions of the machined step in the camshaft thrust flange for the 94 to 97 3.9/4.2, sometimes referred to as the "interim" motor. The demensions I need are: 1. Diameter of the step that the thrust plate fits over.
2. The thickness of the thrust flange ( from the rear facing thrust surface to the front facing thrust surface )
