Suggested carb jetting

I've recently swapped the 4GC on my otherwise stock 215 for an Edelbrock 1403 (500 CFM).  Does anyone have a suggested starting point for jetting.  It runs acceptably in out-of-the-box condition, but it seems to be a little rich.  Thanks.
