Having a hard time removing the screws that attach the door to the hinge or the hinge to the body. Granted, I'm only using my hand-held impact driver, but I thought they would at least budge. Nada. Thoughts? Suggestions?

A few of mine were frozen solid; drilled them & use an easy out... but i was in a hurry the day I did it.  If you have time, get some penetrating oil & spray it on liberally from both sides & let it soak a day or two, then spray some more & let it soak again.

Thanks Rob. I sprayed them liberally a day or two ago and am going to have another crack at them tonight. Am also contemplating using some heat. If nothing moves, I'll be following the drill and easy out route. If this is the worst thing happens during the disassembly, I'm going to be a happy, happy, guy.

If you go with the heat, try to melt some paraffin into the threads.

Graham gets the prize! Inserted the biggest Phillips bit from my impact driver into a 1/2" drive socket and used my breaker bar. They cam out just like butter. Thanks! I was getting set to drill them out.
