Robert, it's a variation on the "swamp cooler" just spray yourself with a fine mist of water from  the bottle #1 and then use the small battery powered fan #2 to evaporate the water. So  basic and all the AC a sports car should have. Item #2 can be eliminated by driving at speed with the top down.
