Hi to Rover3.5L and Buick 215 owners
I have a leak on the gasket seal of the water pump. Now that I have the pump out I think about installing a new seal in the pump. I have shopped in all the automotive shops around but no luck on finding a repair kit or even a new one. Where is there a replacement part for that. Maybe from a more recent model water pump model.
The actual seal doesn't leak but has probably a few hundred thousand miles on it.
Need help quick because the car is ready to go on the road after a 10 year total rebuild.

Not sure where to find just the seal. With a "few hundred thousand miles" are you not concerned about the shaft bushing, as well? I would replace the pump. I use the Buick 300 pump.
