Do we expect them to pay the full registration fee, considering that they will not be fully participating in everything we do and will often park apart from the British cars?
Only asking because I've forgotten the details on just what the registration fee pays for. Other than the Banquet that is, and that's less than half of it.

The registration fee is for the person attending (& guest). It has nothing to do with the car they drove to the event. Over the years, many drove an SOB while planning or building their conversion. Arriving in a converted British car has never been a requirement.
I drova stock B in 1998, 1999, & 2000. Drove my Buick 215 powered V8 MGB to Sebring in 2001. I have since attended two annual event in an SOB. Although, the Miata was "British Inspired". :)
I didn't see any place in the registration for a guest.
Also in the ancient past we could add on banquet guests. Has that become not a thing any longer?

If you select number of guests, the names boxes appear. There isn't a separate banquet price; each person attending has to pay the full price.
So just to clarify, the wife gets a free ride but the kiddos have to register separately? (admittedly mine are of legal age so it doesn't really apply to me but it seems like a possible issue)

No, your wife pays $90 as well. So if, like me, you bring your wife but she opts out of the go-karts, the total due is $90 + $90 + $30 = $210.
I don't think she's going to pay $90 for the banquet dinner Al. That's the only event she's likely to be there for. What you just did here was give her yet another excuse to not go. Guess I'll try again next year.

I guess everyone hosting sets it up how they see best. For Wytheville 2022 and Lewisburg we included only the banquet for the registered, but offered additional tickets at or near cost per plate for additional guests, spouses, etc
