Title: TR4 + hemi
Post by: 88v8 on December 20, 2019, 05:03:05 AM
In the UK, but it was a US car.

The owner spent £70k/$90k on the conversion, then sadly passed. Altho it seems he did get to drive it somewhat. Miata seats?

I don't doubt that it was done very well. Devon Metalcraft have an excellent rep. So now it has the 2.5 Daimler hemi and what they say is a Jag o/d box.

The hemi will not overstress or unbalance the car, it was a good choice, although that alloy mill in general has issues nowadays with corrosion and main bearings.

So here it is, if you have the dosh, ship it back to the US. Asking £45k. I doubt it will go half that, but who knows, we boomers have money after all, and we feel the hand of time.
