I had some questions about the car regarding different tires and compounds.
I've booked a race with forecasted rain.
The good thing, on Friday I could test things in dry, and on Saturday in the wet...to have a direct compare.

Hi Christian,
What did you end up using for rain tires and what are you running for slicks?

Great video's ! Looks like you're using about 5,700 as a max rpm ? Seems low for a full- worked 4L ? Car is ratio limited ? Roller cam ? Billet crank ? Cheers, Art G.
we changed the configuration of the engine.
It was a high reving engine.....but we backed off the top end power about 50 hp and lifted up the torque significantly. Much handier to drive than using high revs.
But certainly the engine can do 8k technically but from the cam power stops at about 7K.
Flat tappet cam, roller rockers, billet crank.
Roller cam not allowed ? I know a guy with 1 or 2 rollers........
Roller Cams are allowed.
What would be the advantage?
Less drag and wear. Faster opening and closing of valves= more HP and torque,(with the right cam). Art.
I maybe build another engine and try out rollers.
