Title: GT6 + 351
Post by: 88v8 on July 08, 2019, 02:00:29 PM
Well here's something unusual.

A 69 GT6 with 351 and FMX.

Other than the side pipes - a matter of personal taste, this looks pretty well done.

Externally almost standard, and in the boot/trunk - no fuel cell. Yes, you can actually put luggage in the boot.
Mind you, whether it has a spare, is another matter.

What I find really odd is that someone has apparently spent the time &/or money on a two-year resto, now they're selling it without the final setup. Perhaps life got in the way.

The starting price of $14k is perhaps ambitious, but as they say - find another.

Beautiful work on building the underside of the car. Then it looks like he wimped out on the exhaust system. The side pipes looks stuck on at the last minute to me.
Too bad that it isn't a convertible.

The hood scoop leaves a bit to be desired aesthetically, make it similar to cowl induction and the side exhaust looks like you could step on it.  Otherwise looks well done

Unsold at $15,800.
Relisted, then vanished.
