I would like to figure out how to squeeze in a mopar 273 I was surfing YouTube and came across a V series with a Mopar V8 I have a 273 commando that I would like to fit in any thougts
Chrysler looked at it and gave up. They were hoping to replace the SBF in the Tiger. I have seen some SBC swaps where the cut out the hood latch area for a rear distributor fit. There are a few LS installs also but the entire front end is stubbed out and with aluminum inner fenders. Kind of Pro Street, like this BBF in a early Alpine on this site. You will need rack and pinion steering. That said, the 360 is the same externally as the 273.

That's the YouTube video showing the mopar engine installed and which rack and pinion setup is needed
