FOR SALE: Set of 4 Panasport 66H420 wheel centre caps – undamaged chrome plastic with 'MG' decal affixed - will fit Panasport wheels with 66mm centre hole.....$60usd /set + actual shipping

Is there enough meat on the bottom lip to turn them down to 2.25"

Don't think that would work - these caps are specific fit for 66mm hole.
