If I got this-right, mounting the bellcrank pivot centered between the wheels, and on center with the axles = neutral roll center ? Raising/lowering pivot will ? I'm going in this direction, but need a compass. Thanks, roverman.
Basically you've got the idea Art.
The RC changes with the bell crank pivot point's relationship to the chassis.
So a bell crank on the diffy is going to constantly alter your RC as the suspension moves.
Some use this as a tuning aid to help turn in under braking. And a lower mounting point helps plant the inner wheel on a turn.
The trend these days is to mount the pivot to the chassis and the link ends to the outermost part of the axle tubes.
The RC won't change with the suspension movement. And if the outer link attachment points are adjustable along with the pivot mount.
Then the rear suspension becomes very tune-able.

Thanks Fred, further if I'm guessing right,,, using a "pickle fork",(roller on R.E./chassis), arrangement, will always change the RC, during squash and dangle ? roverman.
Art, You could copy Lakewood's design rather easily. This one is for a 2005-2009 Mustang.
