Doea anyone have a source for radiator parts? I'm specifically looking for a 1.5 inch copper/brass outlet. I could always cut one out of an old radiator but at this point it would be easier to order one. I've searched high and low with no luck. Radiator shops, what few are left, must be ordering from someone.

I think most shops cannibalize old radiators.

I purchased some aluminum 90 degree elbows from Speedway Motors. Good product at a fair price. They have a good selection of cooling parts hoses and adaptors and the such. Speedway motors.com check it out.

Copper or brass ones are soldered in with 50/50 solder. It melts at the ridiculously low temp of 400 degrees give or take. Just hit it with a torch and it falls out. I pull them out of the old TR8 rads and install them in the new aluminum cheapo ones I get from Summit with JB Weld and they hold just fine. If your going to put them in a new copper tank, you will need the torch to solder them up anyway. Make sure they are clean and well fluxed before you solder. If you don't have a torch, you literally can stick them in an oven and heat them up enough for all of the solder to melt.
