I've decided to go with a 4age motor set up but I'm unsure of how to run my fuel system. I do know that I'd like to try and keep the original fuel tank if possible. Any and all advise would be great.
Thanks
Need a little more info Jon.
What are you putting the engine into?
Are you keeping the fuel injection or going to carbs?
Whats your intended use? (daily driver, fair weather car, weekend racer, etc.)
Does fuel mileage matter?
Will a power upgrade happen in the future?
Any extra info will help.
There is a huge knowledge base available in this forum.
And a very helpful pool of individuals.
We just need something to start with.
Cheers

engineswap.jpg
why ??
Hi Curtis. I'm wondering why also. That motor seems to fit in that car really well,so I understand that. Why two?Maybe he did one for hinself and one as a paying prodject for someone else.Clouseaux would like to know!
I think Curtis meant, why worry about keeping the old fuel tank.
I was echoing Brian Marshall's post here: http://forum.britishv8.org/read.php?4,36569
. Curtis. Are you saying that it is easier to buy a new gas tank that is set up for the car and motor and just do what you might call a plug and play?
No.
Brian posted "why ??" out of left field in the other thread. I was teasing him by posting "why ??" in response to his post here. Sorry for the confusion.
Curtis ;-)
