Well maybe! If you have access to a lathe and a drill press, a flexplate to fit the crank your using, a Fidanza steel insert with hardware, a ring gear/Pioneer, and the clutch cover you intend to use. While in the lathe, you make id/od steps to locate needed componentes concentric to C/L, they can be used a drill jigs, for needed holes. BOR's have the hardest time, finding strong and light flywheels. We can change that. Cheers, roverman.
Locating the crank flange bolt holes is the hardest part, as they are not evenly spaced. The rest of it is just standard machining and as long as you're particular about the runout it's easy.
