A beautiful Jamaican!!  Finest & best body work & paint I've ever seen.  And it really flooded my brain w/ nostalgic memories.  In '68 I assembled a Jamaican kit on a VW chassis (dumb).  There ws a lot of work fitting the doors, mounting the mustang hinges, & building hood hinges.  But I got it running.

My youngest son began driving in the early 80's so I gave him the car.  That year, I promised to have it professionally painted if he won the state wrestling championship.  He did it so I had the car painted.  But with a VW engine, we were going to replace it with a Porsche...but that never happened.  We sold that car of the Langer car museum around '95.

Great job of fabricating & designing!  Excellent pictures.  Let me say, it's truly a fabulous car!  It's the car that I always dreamed of but didn't make it happen.  And I know you have a great time letting people guess what it is!  It's something to really be proud of.  I've been told that less than 10% of them ever got on the road.  And I doubt any of those look this professional!

What a beautiful Jamaican!  I always thought this was one of the handsomest kit cars out there and had bought a Healey-chassis Jamaican on eBay that ended badly.  The kit cars back then were no where near as complete as today and it takes a great deal of skill and dedication to make one turn out right.  Great job!
