My departure is delayed a bit, so I thought I'd quickly upload a pic or two.
Here's a snapshot of the photographer from Classic Motorsport and Grassroots Motorsports during their photo shoot at Road Atlanta.
Anyone want to suggest a caption?

Caption ideas:
"What kinda shoehorn didya use?"
Or
"The MG I drove in college didn't look like this!"
Or
"How'd you get that to fit in there?"
Or
"I have to take a picture, nobody's gonna believe me."

Ha!
I brought two cameras on this trip. Two different memory types. I can download one on a whim, but I forgot the card reader for the other. Result: RoadMaster "glamor shots" won't get downloaded until I get home next week, but I've got lots of close-ups and candids to look at in the meantime.
Here's a fun photo. Alan from Classic Motorsports called and arranged a second photo shoot to document the Roadmaster's unique suspension. We drove halfway across Road Atlanta to borrow Jerry Richards' floor jack (etc.).
As long as wheels were removed, I decided to take a couple snapshots too. In this photo, it looks like Alan was having fun! What caption would you suggest for this one?

One more for now...

Curtis - Looks like you're having WAY too much fun!
"Gimme a big brake."
Or
"Ya baggin' it?"
Or
"Stop me!"
Or
"Ya went too fast and the wheels came off?"

My GT is almost the same color; I wish I had the talent to flare my fenders like that. The air suspension is making me think about an upgrade, I bet it really rides good.

That last shot is making me wish that we would have shaved the door handles.
The door handles are pretty small and I don't find them too distracting Rick, but I do wish we'd been able to get the windshield chrome trim installed. I think that would blend better with the side window trim than just the black rubber seal.
Either way it's still a truely incredible car!
For me the Roadmaster project was the way I met the rest of you guys in the modified Brisith car group. It's been a great experience, caused me to meet many new friends, and I'm very proud to have played even a small part in the project. I'm really looking forward to showing it off duiring my stint on the Power Tour this year as I know the guys who have had it already are at the shows and events they've been to.
The spoiler was painted body color and the racing stripes carried down onto it ? Georgeous torque monster, roverman.
I really like the color you guys painted this machine it looks really good!! Can someone give me the name of this color and the paint code as I think my TR6 would look really good in this color.
Thanks
Cheers
Byron
I'm hoping others will start posting photos on this thread. In the meantime, here's more eye candy:

Curtis,
Is the Roadmaster going to make it to Colorado?
Brad
I'm sure it will! I don't know when though. (Didn't you already volunteer? Bill Young coordinates scheduling...) I'm too cash-strapped to pitch-in much on fuel costs.
Burt (B.S.) Levy wanted to drive Roadmaster during The Mitty weekend - he looked at it and was certainly impressed! - but his schedule was way too hectic as he was juggling book signings with doing live race reports on the track intercom system and even racing a few borrowed cars too... so I hope it might work out for me to borrow Roadmaster for another race weekend somewhere Burt's at. Mid-Ohio? Road America? Watkins Glen? I don't have anything planned yet, but I think it would be fun to record Burt's reactions. Might be worth investing in an in-car video camera.
Additional photos from Road Atlanta have been uploaded to a Photo Gallery page, here:

All those photos will need captions... but I don't have time to write them at the moment. (Too much to do to get my car ready for BritishV8 2012!) For the time being, I just put a two-letter code in for each pic. You can help! If you have suggestions for photo captions, don't hesitate to send me a note. Please let me know if you see errors or omissions in the Features and Specifications list. Thanks!
The last time I saw this car was the V8 meet in Indy, it has come a looong way since , a lot of work by a great bunch of folks
no doubt !!
