hi,im new here and am looking for some help.im using a 4L60 tranny behind my 4.3,i pulled all the EFI and went to an edelbrock carb but am having a hard time finding an adapter for the tv cable.the tranny is a 1990 from an astro van.

John, I'm not sure if they can help but this company does a lot of work on auto trans conversions and adapts the speedometer inputs, perhaps they have information on the TV cable as well. Worth a look I guess. http://www.partshp.com/speedometer_gears.htm Other than that perhaps one of the major auto trans rebuilders for racing applications would have the information.
If you don't get a better answer, call up Summit or Jegs & ask them. I'm not familiar with the 4L60 but I'd be surprised if Lokar or one of the other after market companies that caters to the hot rod crowd wouldn't have one that would work or coule be made to with minimal effort.
