Looking for v8 conversion, need a car with A/C installed as I am in FL...budget is <$20k

Call Chris Powell at 803 429 6091.  Don't know if he is ready to sell yet as his Magnette is not finished yes.  His B is a 78? and has AC and removeable hardtop.
