updated website search feature

I think Google has overhauled their service for on-site searching 4 times since BritishV8 has been online. Each time leaves me scrambling to adapt. I think I've got the new service functioning okay now across all of the forum.  It'll take a bit longer to pretty-up styling on the Results page and also some time to migrate the change across all of the main (non-forum) site.

PLEASE give the new search a test drive, and let me know if you detect anything buggy!
