Recently back from the 2-day endurance racing event at Road America.

Wow, what an amazing track!!!
This is my first time out with the new engine (crower 50233, big valve ported head, etc) and the car went really well. Saw peak speeds of 122 ish mph just prior to turn 1 and turn 5, so we were really hitting it hard.

Only issues were a weeping water pump on Saturday (that took us out of contention while fixing it), and the drivers rear door swinging open on its own while I was in the Rover on Sunday...
I really, really like the SD1 chassis- once you stiffen up the front and get it dialled in, they are so well balanced.

In case anyone cares:
Stock rear axle,  with open 3.9 diff
Mustang T5 trans
Merc S500 brakes with R4-E pads and powerstop rotors, focus mk3 calipers at the rear.
De-powered rack.
Jeep wrangler 17x7.5 wheels and  RS4 tires
Inverted bilstein struts front and Avo coilovers at the rear.
