How to get positive caster ?

VW Bug, king pin front suspension. I believe upper/lower control arms, are equal length, so no roll caster-gain. I suspect tilting whole suspension assembly, rearward at top, will generate static positive caster.   Anyone familiar with this suspension ?

The arms were oriented so they pivot along the cross axis of the car and I believe they were all four the same length A torsion bar inside one of the two cross tubes handled the spring load and was adjusted with a center bolt for height. Caster was dependent on the angle of the brackets that the tubes were bolted to.
