I could use some assistance determining just what I've got here. Long story cut very short, the owner passed away last year and the family offered the car to me because of my lifelong obsession with motor sports. They simply wanted the car to be used and loved for it's original purpose.

From what I understand, this was privately built with parts and assistance from Huffaker back in 1979 or 1980. Some of the paperwork that accompanied the car shows trips out to Huffaker's shop in CA (I believe) for parts and plans, but it looks like the car was built in Georgia. It was said to have been built from "a body in white", there's no title present, nor can I find a VIN# anywhere.

So first off, does anyone recognize this build? It belonged to Chuck Blinne (r.i.p.) and was used sparsely around Georgia many years ago.

Where would vin# or production #s be located? I'd like to figure out where the chassis came from. Triumph had brought over a handful of "bodies in white" for the big teams, but what are the chances this was one of those?

Any and all comments, advice, leads and conversation would be appreciated. There's plenty more pictures for those interested.
