Does anybody have a reccomendation on putting a new style clip for a Austin Healey 3000. I currently have a 1975 Mustang II front clip that wasn't put on correctly and is showing its age.I have heard of people using. A TR7?  The car has a small block Chevy.

Donn, OEM Mustang II or aftermarket ? Big difference. All manner of springs, shocks, A-arms, disk brakes and cross members, are available. Might be best to select, correct width aftermarket crossmember, and go from there.  Good Luck, roverman.

Thanks for the info. Mine has a real 1975 Mustang 11 front end. It would have been fine but its a little too wide and he installed it incorrectly. Do you know who makes custom width Mustang 11 front ends ?

Speedway Motors has many widths. Jeg's, CPP and others.  All aftermarkets use a conventional lower A-arm,(better).  Good Luck, roverman.

Thanks. I have talked to Alston Chassis and Fatman Products. They seem to have a complete setup. A little pricey though, but probably worth it.
