48 DCOE Choke size

I've just purchased a 48 carb for use on a racing B series. On my previous engine I ran a 45 with 38mm chokes. The new engine is a 1900cc with 12:1 comp and 7000rpm redline. Has anyone one here got experience with running a 48? and what settings worked well for you?
