Does anyone know who it was than made the T5 bracket for attaching the end of an external pull type slave cylinder for the clutch release? I know I've seen where at least one and maybe two people have made those up but I can't remember where. We need one for the transmission in the Roadmaster project. Thanks,

Are you thinking of the two-bolt slave cylinders, or the nifty single-bolt kind? For the two-bolt cylinders, Dale Spooner was the first I recall... http://www.britishv8.org/Articles/Clutch-Slave-Ford-V8.htm  however, Pete Mantell has also installed pull-type slaves on at least two of his builds. You can find photos in the MG photo gallery under "Merv Hagen" and "Jack Pease".

Took the liberty of fabricating a "generic" slave cylinder mounting brkt for a T5 that should accomodate a few slave cylinder mounting configurations - it's shown on my GM T5 behind the Olds 215.
Do you want it painted PINK?

Sure, pink is just fine. See that tab at the rear in the photo where the bracket is bolted on? Right now the rod out the rear of the slave cylinder (Tilton I think) has a bolt that goes through that tab and that's all that holds the slave cylinder other than the actuator rod that goes to the clutch arm.

This bracket configuration is designed for a two lug slave cylinder similar to the CNC product pictured, but we might be able to figure out a mounting for the Tilton.

I think that we might be able to just bolt it on under the bracket at the rear using the bolt that goes through the tab in the photo. I'm not sure, but the rod might have a heim joint or something similar at the end.
